Returns

We hope you love your purchase!  If for any reason you do not , we gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of ticketed, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our online or retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Store credit only when lacking a sales receipt for after 30 days.  Cash refunds over $75 by mailed check.  Sale purchases are final.

Do you need to return an item you purchased online with us?

No worries – returns are easy and exchanges ship free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (U.S. ONLY; excludes AK, HI and U.S. Territories)

Send in your item(s) using the standard UPS or USPS return label included with your order. For your records, please jot down the tracking number from the label.

If you prefer, you can create and print your UPS return label here. Please make a note of the tracking number from the label, or remove and retain the top portion where the number appears. Then take your package to UPS. You can find the nearest location at UPS.com or schedule a pickup. Note that UPS charges more for scheduled pickups.

For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. For returns, there is a $5.00 shipping fee per package with our label.

Should you prefer to pay for your own return shipping and insurance via the carrier of your choice, please still include the standard return label and ship to:
